¡Hola!, I’m Stephanie Veras Belliard the hands, heart, and soul behind Belliard Soaps.

Belliard Soaps was born from a blend of science, love, and purpose. With a degree in Biology and a license in Psychology from Puerto Rico, my journey into soapmaking began during my undergraduate years, when I crafted my very first bar during my Chemistry class. I still remember that moment — the excitement of creating something from scratch, something beautiful and useful. It was the beginning of a passion that never left.

I began sharing my creations — and soon, what started as a personal craft blossomed into something much bigger. Years later, I found myself living in Michigan, warmly welcomed by a new community. Encouraged by the support and curiosity of friends and strangers alike, my passion continued to grow beyond what I had ever imagined.

As a psychologist, I believe that self-care is a powerful act of healing — a gateway to self-esteem and self-love. That’s why Belliard Soaps isn’t just about soap. It’s about creating little rituals of care that spark joy, calm, and connection.

The name “Belliard” comes from my mother’s last name — a tribute to her endless love and strength. Carrying her name in every product reminds me why I do this: to spread love, creativity, and care.

Every soap I make is thoughtful, playful, and made with purpose. I believe there’s a soap for everyone — whether you need comfort, a smile, or a spark of confidence.
