Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): [1–3 business days]

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Local Pickup (Optional)
If you are located in Grand Rapids area, we offer free local pickup. You’ll receive instructions via email once your order is ready to coordinate the pickup.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need help locating your package, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
