Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — which are personal care items — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of safety and hygiene. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for your purchase.

Shipping Errors – If you receive the wrong item or your order does not match what was originally placed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct item at no additional charge.

Incorrect Address – If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. We will contact you to confirm an updated address before resending the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages – we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided. Upon request, we can provide delivery confirmation details, including date, tracking information, and the carrier used, so you can follow up with the shipping provider.

Order Cancellation – If you cancel your order before it ships, no additional charges will apply. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
